• How do I sync my catalog from Square?
  Go to the Dashboard and click "Sync Now" to pull the latest catalog and inventory data from Square. The sync runs automatically on a schedule, but you can trigger it manually anytime.
• Why are my reorder suggestions showing old data?
  Reorder suggestions are based on sales velocity calculations. Make sure you've synced recent orders by running "Sync Orders" from the dashboard. The system needs sufficient sales history to calculate accurate velocities.
• How do I set up vendor information?
  Navigate to "Vendor Management" from the dashboard. You can add vendors, assign them to items, and set default costs. Vendor data is used for purchase order generation and cost analysis.
• Can I export data to Excel?
  Yes! Most data views have an "Export to Excel" button. You can export inventory reports, reorder suggestions, purchase orders, and more in XLSX format.
• How do I update item costs?
  You can update costs through "Inventory Management" by editing individual items, or use the "Vendor Catalog Import" feature to bulk update costs from vendor price lists.
