1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to and using the Square Dashboard Addon Tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.
2. Service Description
The Service provides inventory management, sales analytics, and purchase order tools that integrate with your Square POS account. The Service requires OAuth authorization to access your Square account data.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
AES-256-GCM encryption for stored OAuth tokens
Session-based authentication with secure cookies
Multi-tenant data isolation
HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
Role-based access controls

By nature, all computer systems carry inherent security risks. We employ best practices and reasonable measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats, vulnerabilities, or breaches.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any unauthorized access to, or alteration, theft, or destruction of your data through accident, fraudulent means, or any unauthorized access.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by Square, Inc. regarding your Square account or API access.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your use complies with Square's Terms of Service
Backing up your own data as needed
Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access
6. Data Processing
By using the Service, you authorize us to access, retrieve, and process data from your Square account as necessary to provide the Service. This includes inventory, sales, catalog, and location data.
7. Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time through your account settings
Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your billing period
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
